Formbook

Very easy to use and just what I need to organize my music lessons by concepts, subjects, and dates. I can even add a long text document to each entry. And I love that I can print out an entire "notebook." I wish that I could sort each notebook by the date on the note or by the first word in each of the fields. like I can do on a spread sheet. I hope that feature is coming. This app has tremendous potential.

Building multiple notebooks for my projects is super easy. I do wish it were possible to attach PDF file types. I would also love to be able to browse and attach from on this device and cloud locations.

Not a fan of the direction of artificial integration it has taken. Not everyone is a huge fan. Something we should be thinking about soberly ... At least give us the option to disable it. Paranoid? Lol. Don't you think it's something we should be thinking about? ... or just irresponsibly run wild with it? Give us the OPTION to say no, or I guess I have the option to say no to the APP altogether. But that would be a crying shame. Nothing personal to the developer, but let us have the freewill choice whether we want it or not. That's why I haven't updated since you first released the version with it in it.

This is a promising, but having to "Buy" to unlock the Additional Fields Pack, which I've already bought, every time the app updates is a royal pain! Surely the developer can find a better way...

Nice app. Supposedly privacy preserving, can export your data for using elsewhere... But if you are here to really manage your data / process, you will run into gaps quickly. Dev, perhaps consider... - date math in calculated fields (i.e. 'days to arrive' based on 'order date' minus 'arrival date'). right now you can only do math on number fields. - system variables (i.e. 'days until harvest' based on 'today's date' minus 'expected harvest date'). no way to implement as far as i can tell. - more complex reporting functions, such as 'average germination rate' not being the average of my germination rate field (this is possible today, but 'wrong'), but 'sum of all germinated' divided by 'sum of planted' across all notes in a notebook - dynamic fields, where if a condition is met, the field appears, otherwise, it is hidden. (consider the 'days until harvest' 10 years from now, we would have huge negative numbers here, unless we could say 'disable if 'harvested?' = yes, or something along those lines. or how about 'if the user said x, then they also should be asked to provide y?) - minor graphical glitches resolved. unsettling to have obvious bugs where something important may be managed. - moving 'groups of fields' at once. maybe by section, if using the section functionality.

You still cannot attach documents (PDFs, Word, .. etc), ulike Collections for example. You cannot drag and drop images

Love the app, awesome sharing functiinality. Simple and works great.

I've download eight of the best writing journals, notes, etc apps and though many have snappy capabiities Formbook allows for the most options and capabilities. — Add photos? Yep. — Add groups of photos? Yep. — Have lots of options? Yep. — Writing tools? Yep. Great tool. Does it have ways to grow, yep. I look forward to their upgrades.

Seems to work well, but I can't find any help files.
