every time you open the app it will open an advert for the premium version. You have to wait about 10 seconds in order to close this stupid pop-up. This makes it really frustrating if you’re copying and pasting the questions from an external document.
A decent app with easy to use features. Only four stars because of one thing! You aren’t able to have singular choice questions (from what I can tell, if I’m wrong tell me!) and this bugs me a bit for when I need only one answer per question. Overall, an easy to use app. Recommended for those who need questions and answers in a formal yet quick and simple manner.
Every time I open it up it advertises pro, every time I have to wait to get rid of it. Awful

Overall, I like it but I can’t sign in with my other email. That is not forms fault though.
I like the app an purchased a PRO subscription to unlock features. However after the 3 day trial, I was charged $49.99 ($52.99) and the features don’t work. It keeps prompting me to purchase another subscription! When I click “restore purchase” it says “no purchase to restore” which is false. Very frustrating!
Cool app but I like YouTube but all forms I make are either Taylor or ban
