Description

FormsTrack works with the IBM i application FormsTrack to let you manage the condition of all of your rental equipment. You can use the app to note any damage and then take pictures to prove that damage. FormsTrack also allows you to download the last pictures of the equipment so you can show the customer exactly how your equipment has changed.
In addition to pictures and notes, you can capture a signature for contracts or acknowledgment of damage.
The information collected on the app is transmitted to the IBM i where it is stored in a database that can be accessed through a web portal. This gives you the ability to look up any piece of equipment or contract with a simple search.
