Неудобен. Скуден в информативности продуктов оформленных на клиента. Просто нет доступа к информации о кредите, подписанных договорах, графика гашения.
Не заходит в приложение
Не заходит приложение. Ошибка 503. Если что приложение обновлено до последней версии.
Долгая обработка платежей
Непонятная система бонусов, долго обрабатываются платежи, соответственно бонусы начисляются не сразу
Хороший банк
Но приложение плохо работает, в разных местах пересылает на AppStore, хоть и нахожусь в приложении (??). Долго прогружаются продукты банка, страница акций не отображается корректно, плывут шрифты и заголовки. Исправьте проблемы это очень отгоняет клиентов, все привыкли к легкому и простому

Не работает даже вход в приложение
Только открыла карту в вашем банке и уже пожалела, если бы я знала, что такое ужасное приложение. Уже 2 дня не могу зайти в свой личный кабинет даже, постоянно выходит ошибка, отправляют в колл-центр, который говорит подойдите в отделение банка! Какой смысл делать 2 приложения, если ни одно из них не работает! я сейчас даже не знаю сколько денег на счету, личного кабинета на сайте нет, только приложение и как мне вообще пользоваться вашей картой, в слепую?🤡
Не верно начисляют повышенные бонусы
Нет повышенных бонусов . Вернее они есть , но обман . Начисляют не правильно. Приложение не удобное .

Бесконечно требует пройти биометрию
Постоянно требует пройти биометрию, а сейчас еще и постоянно ошибку выдает
