Spent well over 1,000 dollars on expanding my system since 2016, after their update 2+ years ago to the app, I can no longer use it on my phone which makes my system a local security only and not WiFi or remote accessible. So angry and upset with their product. Stick to name brands. I learned my lesson.

Horrible app needs repair!!!

Frustrating app! The app keeps erasing my sms info and also keeps coming up in Korean or Chinese. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled a few times now with the same results.🙄 Everytime I delete and reinstall the app I get the fun task off inputing all of my alarm titles again yhaaee!!! 🤦🏻PLEASE UPDATE APP!!!

Stay away don’t buy

Horrible alarm system. App is awful, doesn’t even arm unless on Wifi now on iPhone.

Remote control works perfect for me

I noticed some users are having some issues but I have never had an issue with the Wi-Fi app. I’ve been able to remotely arm and disarm as long as I have an Internet connection. I have tried the app from an iPhone 6s and iPhone 5 and an iPhone 7 without any issues. Sometimes deleting and reinstalling the app makes a difference. Good luck.

Not A Trustworthy Company

I have had numerous previous communications about a serious deficiency in my alarm panel that was never fixed. Specifically if a person telephone calls the panel (spam calls) it completely freezes and remains frozen until you send arm and disarm commands via the app. I was told yesterday that the newer panel models solved the problem by blocking calls from unrecognized numbers. Regrettably they have no plan to retrofit the old panels with this solution and I was told I must buy a new panel. They only offered a small discount to returning customers to buy a new panel. This is a rip off! Why didn't they offer a retro fit to the older panels? Why wasn't I notified about the "solution" to the problem that I reported to them. I can't in good conscience recommend this product or company to others.

Garbage

Garbage, system refuses to show online on my iPhone 8 plus. Cannot get it to connect to my wifi. Used to work with my iPhone 6. I do not recommend this product if you wish to control remotely.

The latest version erased all configurations. The app itself has the most rudimentary instructions and in some cases the text gets cut off.

APP/System could be much better.

The recent update is a mess. First it cleared the app password and wouldn't use existing password. Had to recreate app account. Once able to see the settings it lost all labeled zones and since zone labels are not stored on the panel and only on each device's app everything will have to be recreated. System could be so much better. Wifi app is missing many settings/options that are available on the SMS app. If you have "ready to arm" turned on which verifies status as ok of all sensors before arming it will arm but if a zone is open or a dead battery the entire system will NOT arm via wifi with no way to override. SMS app will allow you to turn off at least but WiFi app won't do anything and won't let you know what zone has an error. It should alert you which zone has an issue and allow you to override the zone and arm anyway. Wifi app alarm alerts are not reliable and easily missed on an iPhone. They won't vibrate when phone is on vibrate or chime. An alarm trigger should be able to override phone settings and be persistent if we wish to not miss an alarm. Timed Outlet on/off control is limited to two outlets with one on/off cycle per outlet or one outlet with two on/off cycles. Ridiculous! For example. One lamp on/off for two hours in AM and same lamp on/off for four hours in evening maxes out system so I have no control of a second lamp by timer settings and only manually can turn on/off. So much for smart home. Could be an Easy software fix! Company does not appear to be responsive to requests or needs for app improvements. This system could be great with software and app improvement.

Can be better

I would like to ser which zone (or panic button) was triggered in alarming notification. Also when you are arming the system (I have ready to arm option on) and a window or door is open, the app don't say a word about it, it just keeping system disarmed. Another thing is we would love to trigger panic button thru app (remotely) also I noticed sms app has many more features than wifi app, please we want all features using wifi app, we spend more than 450 dollars for this.I hope to hear something from you soon. Thanks!

Disappointment.

There really isn't much good to be said about this app. Zone labels aren't persistent between devices, alerts are sent intermittently. Even when they do work no acknowledgment is required and they can be missed for an extended period. We can setup is local and not persistent between devices or deletes. System information is so little to border on useless; no individual zone statuses, no sensor battery alerts, no panel power status, the list of things it could be are numerous instead it barely addressed any of the concerns a security system would have. Then there is the documentation, or lack there of. Clearly what little documentation is provided was written in an Asian dialect and translated using google, it is so bad to be useless is an understatement. Even then no effort appears to be made to update when changes are made to the setup. Even the design is pitiful with anime backgrounds that lend a child's toy feel to a mid to upper mid priced security system. One word: failure.
