Awsome watch looks stylish looks modern everything in a watch you look for at an affordable price got mine some time ago I can stay connected 24/7 only thing I would recommend is it’s quite a heavy watch and the buttons dig into my skin but I’ve had it on for so long I’m used to it will definitely upgrade to the new gen soon
My watch doesn’t stay connected, often won’t connect at all, requiring a complete restart. Such a shame as this could be brilliant. I love the UI and completely love the watch! Sadly it just doesn’t work like it should!
My device worked for 2 days now it will not sync no matter what I do. Very very disappointed
The original app worked fine. Until all the updates, since then it’s just got worse and worse, constantly loosing connectivity and takes several attempts to connect. Then I find that no steps have been counted. The notifications don’t work and steps not counted, disappointed as the watch looks good, but pointless. Please sort this out.
Disconnects every time I try to update. Notifications don't work. Would have been zero stars if it would have let me! No wonder Fossil are struggling.
Other review is completely unfair and not based on the apps functionality. The app pairs with my motion device easily and synchronises efficiently. The UI is very intuitive and simple to use. It’s great.
This app is not as good as the old one. Regularly will not sink with my fossil bit and looses all the data .
Why have I had to suffer the massive inconvenience of losing my working app, downloading a new one, having to reset my watch, Bluetooth re-pair it and reprogram my settings into this app. There could have been a new app for the new generation watches and the old app could have been left alone. Or there could have been one app which worked for all. Won’t be buying Fossil Q again.
Once again app and device disconnecting, steps not counted🙁. So frustrated with this device, would score no stars if I could.
Although my phone and the app show the fossil q is connected it’s not syncing properly. App just keeps saying syncing and doesnt show steps. This app is very inconsistant.
