I cannot refund my money on my credit card or cash. It needs to be in the store credit which is very frustrating given the quality of the dress I received. I do not want to buy again from them. I don’t advise anyone to buy from them until they see the quality first with their own eyes in case the products are available in physical stores anywhere.
Save yourself the trouble, save your time and money, They have a wonderful service but once they get the money you hear dead silence. Horrible return policy, you only get STORE CREDIT !!! If you were lucky enough they replied and agreed for the return
