I’ve had the app for a decent amount of time and I will say that it really does what it says (as any app should). Over the course, I was able to search for jobs I wanted. However, I will say that the customer service on the app is awful. When I finally found a job and got accepted, I decided to delete the app since personally I found a better site (not that this one is bad). (Although they once redirected me to a sketchy website for me to apply for a job, they seemed to resolve the issue now.) I’ve tried to delete my account through the settings of the app and they never responded to my request, nor anything was done. It’s been more than half a year, deleting an account shouldn’t be this long. I have also tried other ways such as sending an email (I was desperate), but the email listed on their website doesn’t exist. Tried reaching out through feedback within the app, no change either. Writing this review on the app is literally my last resort to reach out to them. I really want to delete my account as there is personal information put into the system. I really don’t want to leave any sort of information on the app, when I know I won’t use the app anymore. If any employee sees this, please respond! Your enquiry/customer service should not be like this!
