a very good game with a lot of improvement

Four Gods team; please review the game very carefully. I am an avid fan since this game launched. Worst issue is that; everytime i swiped up the game to refresh or to quit the game, the moment i re-open the game again, it makes me crazy because it always load at the starting of the screen only and it will automatically crashed and crashed the screen. It took me morethan half n hour to get back into the game.. I don't know if other's encountered this kind of issue. Please review this kind of bug GameUser: iPhone 13 Pro iOs Best regards!

Can’t log in my Gmail account, always show ID Token Expired

There are issues in mining specially in the dungeon, it gets stuck mining in a spot without getting anything. The mining duration just freezes and it just waste your time especially when you left your character mining hoping you’ll get enough resources, but sadly after just several mines it just freezes again and again. And here’s the best part after I mined about 9000 red gems i can’t get red gems anymore. They’ll just give you plus “proficiency” and some crafting materials. I tried mining the red crystals over and over again but it just gives plus in “proficiency”. Does mining red gems in dungeon have a capped or limit per week or daily? Cause i had tried several times already but i cant seem to get any red gems anymore. One more thing if you want the players to register items in the exchange lower your registration fee my god.
