A brilliant magazine let down by an application that doesn’t work sadly.

Very poor app
I purchased the summer offer for all the back issues for £16.99. This totally messed up my app and deleted all back issues. I tried all the steps in the help section but I’m still getting an error -442345. I did this for convenience and it has caused nothing but hassle. Avoid at all costs and stick to the psychical editions. Could have been in and out to ASDA to purchase this at least 20 times by now.

App incredibly difficult compared to others

Can’t login and can’t recover password
0 star should be possible.
I bought a digital subscription through their website, downloaded the app as instructed, created a Pixelmags account and received an error message that “my account shows no credit”. I emailed the address they gave, which was returned to sender as out of service. I contacted the magazine directly and their only response was “you need to make a Pixelmags account”. Well yes, I did that and it didn’t work. This was more than 7 days ago and I’ve still not heard anything since, nor am I able to access the magazine. Avoid like the plague.
Poor quality App
Once I have bought an issue and downloads I can’t expand the page to fit the iPad screen. It’s stay’s the same size as the App icon - therefore the magazine is impossible to read ! Very frustrating and you have taken my £2.99 ! What a rip off !
