Minor issues that could be improved
As a driver, I don’t see a need to track me 4 hours before my scheduled time or to constantly be tracked in the background of my phone. Tracking should start only when you open the app. There should be an option for the company to be able to repeat regular trips like you would a calendar event instead of having to assign my trips daily. I know different companies do different things, but I deliver in the morning and pick up in the evening. Every stop after my first departure says delivered, day or night. Then it wants me to rate my location after each delivery and when I back out, it takes me to completed trips instead of back to the active one I’m currently using. With today’s technology, these seem to be minor issues that could make this experience a lot better.
