Loyal user but missing product development
I’ve used the app for 12 years and have a LOT of data stored in it. The algorithm knows me really well by now, but I’m wondering why there is no product development anymore. I miss being able to edit my typos in reviews, I miss the engaging release notes with new functionalities to try, I miss the option to vary data input depending on a place’s category, and I wonder why edits take so long to get approved. It’s like the app is only maintained and all comms seem to be directed to the B2B customers. Why? Did they give in and just let TripAdvisor/Google run off unchallenged? I hope they’ll identify a strategy to win and get back their product developers.
