The worst app i have ever used!!!! It is been 5 days since I am only waiting for my order to receive….. no one fron Foxy is calling me regarding the issue or the deliver partner they have hired is assigning any delivery agent to deliver my product…. It is there with them sjnce 4 days and no action is been taken care of…. They have been lying to me each day… They are not even ready to cancel my order… Worst experience ever!!
1. Customer service I would highly recommend to visit their store for purchasing! I met Rekha (kormangala branch) She was super honest about letting me know about the list of products I wanted to buy & it’s uses, never tried to push me for a purchase for the sake of it! She made good suggestions! 2. Discounts Coming to the discount - hands down it’s crazy, it’s cheaper thn any beauty app! I ended up buying the membership in my second visit to the store, wish I made this choice earlier. 3. Suggestions for adding in new products Wish they had these products available too, beauty of joseon, Skin 1004, round lab!
I have ordered two times from this app and they have done deliveries after 20 days. There is no proper customer support. Infact with my latest order they have delivered the wrong product and i am hell tired of contacting them. Worst app ever i have seen. I will ask not to buy any products from this app. Infact they will give old packaging materials. Please stay alert and dont go with this app

I am unable to log into my account . After entering my contact no. i can’t enter the OTP even though the OTP is being sent on my device multiple times . Kindly fix this issue , i have to place an order !
