Unable to read communication from FPL as app closes itself when trying to do so

On the DC fast charging side, they really need to fix UI for the charger type selection. Even though it defaults to CCS, you have to select it again or you can’t start charging. Just non-intuitive design. I had to help several people at the FPL charger. For home charging, it needs more features from the Wallbox application including system restore and WiFi configuration. If your charger locks up (and it will), as others have noted, this app is worthless. You have to call an 800 number, then wait 2-4 days for Wallbox to contact you. They then have to give you temporary access to the Wallbox application you should be using in the first place because this application has no advanced control functions for the charger.

Spent probably 30 minutes trying to pay only for it to not work at all. Mind you, this has happened on two separate occasions already. “Payment issues” or “Power Connection issues” are reoccurring problems with this. Just super inconvenient and in inconsistent, at that point i’d rather charge my car at home.

This charging network deserves a better app than this. I get payment errors on the first attempt but when I got the same exact button it will work on the second attempts. The location filters on the map don’t all work. I wanted to see stations coming soon and it displayed all the stations. Why doesn’t it keep me logged in like every other app? It’s kinda annoying.

I like the new redesign, app looks more premium now, but new update removed the option of using Apple Pay which is super convenient. Dear Product Managers, could you please ask your Developers to return Apply Pay options back to the product ☺️

As mentioned previously don’t allow the use of password manager on account on account creation. I won’t use this unless you fix this.

The app wiped my forms of payment from my account, and then didn’t allow me to add new ones. After 30 minutes and talking with support, it eventually worked. They made me pay full price despite wasting so much time in the Sun. I want a refund

What is going on with the app? Everything is like a blank slate now after latest update and it doesn’t show any charge stations whatsoever on the map. Also my favorited locations are empty too. Needs a major fix.

App does not show up on carplay. Stations do not show up on Nissan EV database.
