My game it’s not working
I can’t open my game. It’s loading until 97% and then an error appears on screen that says it is not possible to connect to the arena servers. 🥺

I do not understand why after I changed my phone I can not log on into my old account. The log on with facebook was deteled but also the account recovery. I paid money for my old account and I do not understand why I can not use it anymore. Am I supposed to start again after all I spend???? Fix this asap.
Latest update ruined gameplay
Why after so many years wouls they change the visuals of the gameplay. Progressing through the level seems laggy, inputs feel slower and visuals makes speed or running slower. For a game relying experience and reflexes this all seems unnecessary.
