Love the store. HATE THE APP. Every time I want to use the app and look for an item, it says unable to load. Filters are useless and few. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOADING THIS!

The earlier app had issues but the latest update had rendered the app unusable. Frangrqncebuy service itself is great but app surely not there yet. For starters there is no way to filter on brands which was earlier present. If you had a curated wishlist earlier it now completely wiped off. After the update I was hoping the app would have improved but there are some glaring omissions that i might stay away from the app some more time.

Before this app was ok and now it doesn’t even get past that human verification. It stuck there always. This new update ruins it.

App was terrible already but recently all the reviews in the app don’t match up with the fragrances and if you put items in your cart they randomly increase in quantity by double. Depending on how often and how quickly this happens, you can wind up with 1 bottle becoming 8 real quickly and you can’t entirely remove an item - you have to reduce the quantity one at a time which takes about 20 seconds each time. My cart went from 16 items to 64 by itself. Its taking forever to adjust the quantities. Update: The above issues seem to have been fixed but I’m only raising my review to 2 stars because now I can’t click on “notify me - out of stock”. It just reloads the page repeatedly. The fragbuy consumer base has an insatiable appetite - in stock notifications are essential if you want a chance at something before it vanishes. To be crystal clear, the two star rating is for the APP only. Fragrancebuy themselves get 5 stars every time. If their app was half as amazing as their service is, I’d give it 5 stars as well. Update #2: approximately 3 minutes after the last update to my review I went back into the app and the favourite button no longer works. Anytime it’s clicked on it doesn’t save and simply keeps saying “item removed from favourites”. Dropping back down to 1 star and going back to my original thoughts - worst APP ever. Shame. Update #3: It is now May 2024. There have been app updates and redesigns. However, for all intents and purposes the app is now more than ever - COMPLETELY useless. The app cannot verify that I’m human so it essentially won’t open anymore. Can’t login. Can’t view anything. FrangranceBuy are still my favourite to purchase from, but in this day and age I think the functioning of their app (or lack thereof) is incomprehensible. If I could choose my own rating scale I would give this app a -100 stars out of 5. Lucky for FragranceBuy, I appreciate the way they do business… so they haven’t lost mine.

it's usually been good but after an update i can't connect just says waiting to verify you are human

Always kick out also account not sync in different devices. Super slow. Perfume online app is far better than this app.

What used to be a decent app is now unusable. It won’t even go past the ridiculous “verifying your connection” step. If you want to have an app, make it function at the very least or stick to the website.

The latest update is terrible, I can't login, please have the developers check what's wrong with the app and fix the problem soon.

Just updated and the app doesn’t open. Cannot conect.

Just did the new update.. whatever you are looking checking out items, you can’t go back. So if you are far down a list of items you literally need to type in again and scroll down to where you were at you cannot go back to previous page at all.
