ウェブブラウザ経由でWi-Fi設定できる
Mono X7用に利用中。購入当初(2021年末)は、アプリ経由でも、ウェブブラウザ経由の設定でもWi-Fi設定が正しく行えない(Framed側のサーバーに接続できない)状態だった。その後、ウェブブラウザ経由の設定が改善され、Wi-Fi設定が正しく完了できるようになった。一度、接続ができると本アプリ経由で表示作品の操作ができる。「framed help」で検索すると公式サポートページが出るので、似たような状態で困っている方は参照されたし。

初期設定でアプリが落ちる
初期設定でQRコードを読み込もうとすると、アプリが落ちてしまいます。それに対する解決策もない現状なので、デバイス自体もただの四角い置物でしかないです。 これくらいの不具合はデバッグしてからリリースしていただきたいです。 早急な対応を求めます。
デバイスに接続もできない
掲題の通りで一度Androidなどからネットワーク設定を試すとデバイス自体がハングアップし、デバイスの初期設定QRコード表示が2度と表示できず詰みます。何もできない。
QRコードを読み取れない
ＱＲコードを読み取れず、ペアリングできない。そのせいで初期設定すらできない。早急の対応を求めます。
