Not working
Have been using this for couple of months but now I it’s not delivering photos to frames. Frames are online, updated and restarted and still not working.
Simple and easy to use
The app works well and is easy to use. One crucial feature that should be added is deleting photos (or atleast hiding). Our grandparents should see latest photos we share with them - not all of them. Thanks a lot if you can create this kind of update!
Crop function could be better
Sending pictures is easy. Image cropping should have some preview function or tools which shows how image looks on photo frame
UI is terrible
It takes forever to upload images. Image selector scrolls up after selecting image. Usually you want to upload a few images from same event. If you have only one frame, it’s not preselected. Totally unnecessary step to select the one and only frame to continue. Caption screen should be at the same view as frame selector. Another totally unnecessary step. Focal point selector should also be at the same view as well.

Need help. I went to touch the screen. Got a big shock now pictures have no very little color? How can I fix?

Love it! So easy to use!
Double dipping
Purchased a $70 and a $150 dollar frame only to find out you can’t see or edit photos on the frame remotely without paying for a subscription…predatory. Too late to return 1st frame. Returned the $150 dollar frame.
