Can’t add another account.
With the latest version it is not possible to add multiple accounts. Now I have to run two phones to stay updated on my kids.

Poorly made app, yet am forced to use it.
Apart from the fee payment feature pretty much nothing else works on this app. Using this app only cause it’s the official school app. Overall user experience is 1/10.
Message
The URLs sent in the messages can’t be opened from it and neither we can copy the link. So there is no use of message. Kindly update either to copy or open any link sent in the message.
Unable to add account
I tried multiple times but the application is not letting me add another account of my ward. Help and Support link is also not working !
App update problem
I m trying to deposit fee but app want updates…Updated from my side …It’s showing update again and again please help me Kinday help me thanks
Need Improvement
Not good at all ! Laggy sort of thing 🐌No Dark mode Supported 😤😤
Payment failer
I am trying to pay fee through Google pay, Paytm or cards but error showing. Now how i can done payment… Payment error: Please check your fee payment status after sometime on e-care pro app.
Very buggy app
There are many issues especially in map, bus location is not working correctly most of the time. Not sure if that is because of school ERP. Also messages always show notifications count even if messages have been read.
