Great theory not the best execution
The app itsself is pretty straightforward. the workout have limited guidance for variations if needed. For example, you do exercise he doesn’t fully articulate what is considered one actual rep. Some are self explanatory others are somewhat unclear so you may be doing double the volume on some exercises and not realize. It would also be helpful if you could somehow see your notes on the current workout from the previous workout. Over all solid accountability fitness app depending on how much you paid for it.
