This app is horrible with ios. Version 4.7 will not allow you to receive or price check any items called support known issue but no known timeline to fix. It will work on version 46 but just not for 4.7.

Absolute trash app. Only caters to corporate and not to the groomers who are making the money. Appointments have been missed or double booked because this app. More than half the time the app doesn’t work at all. Complete inconvenience and joke of a app.

It crashes multiple times a day. It also doesn’t update to the current date. Furthermore, compared to other apps for similar software, this one just isn’t intuitive and not very functional. For example, you cannot see a client’s history, the purchase price, or notes, when clicking on an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend Fran to anyone and certainly wouldn’t use it were I given a choice.

Excellent application, now with all the daily information and possibility to update the inventory.

I’ve tried using my iPhone & my iPad and I’m not able to log in on either. On my phone I can insert my username and password , however, the SignIn button and the TermsOfUse occupy the same space so when I try to click SignIn it takes me to the TermsOfUse screen. I thought I would have better luck on my iPad but I can’t even make it that far.

The app doesn’t pull any data yet from the account. Dashboards are all 0’s. No report or scheduling works. Only thing works right now is login. After login, it shows your store name. Period.
