Frederique Constant Smartwatch, is the companion application for your Frederique Constant Swiss Horological Smartwatches.
The app works in partnership with your Frederique Constant watch, recording your data and displaying your results thanks to user-friendly graphics.
Follow your progress daily and improve your lifestyle and fitness regime with the help of the app. It will provide insight into how much you have moved and slept during the day, week, or month. Moreover, the goal and dynamic coaching system will encourage you to get a better understanding of yourself and your patterns.

View a daily summary of steps, sleep, and combined progress toward the goals you’ve set for yourself.
ACTIVITY
See a breakdown of daily, weekly and monthly steps, calories burned, and total distance reached, as well as the percentage of steps taken toward your goal.
Receive tailored feedback and advice thanks to the Activity Coach.
SLEEP
Get details on how much time you spent in deep sleep, light sleep or awake, as well as how long it took you to fall asleep and how many times you woke up during the night.
The Sleep Coach will bring you guidance based on your data.
DYNAMIC COACH
Dynamic Coach provides targeted tips to help you meet your activity and sleep goals, as well as analysis of your progress to keep you motivated.

Need to be stimulated?
Set a Get Active Alert to remind you to move if you’ve been idle for a set amount of time.
SLEEP CYCLE ALARMS
Set a sleep cycle alarm that will help you wake at the optimal time in your sleep cycle so that you wake up refreshed.

Know the exact time and date in a distant time zone directly from your Horological Smartwatch.

Believe it or not, the App does not appear on my screen. They only way I can access the App is when I go to the App Store, search Frederique and open the App that way.
Great app but needs more language support
Please add other language support for watch notifications

when can our 281 282 285 have new firmwares? honestly do you really have the platform 187??? or 284??? you mentioned in the updates?
Extend notify support
It is a great watch. It would be more great if you support Telegram and Slack notifications in the notify version.

Love this smart watch that looks nothing more than a beautiful Swiss watch. It does everything we need it to do but more. When I first got the watch, I had to return it twice, but they instantly sent me a new watch in exchange for the one with issues so they could learn what went wrong. I have had this watch for two years with out an issue. Absolutely love it! Thank you Frederick Constant! With appreciation, Happy girl walking more in Carmel!
