I bought a dynamic duo and the person I sent it to did not get the twice would not recommend to top up

This is a good game, everything is good except for the server part. Gaming experience is no longer good like before, I can’t play with my local players here in South Africa, so please bring back the African server here in South Africa,I hope u will do so. Thank u.

As a gamer, I've noticed that developers just don't seem to care about us users anymore. Everything is all about money now. I really used to love this game, but they've let greed take over. When I email them for assistance, I usually get links that don’t work and automated responses that don't address my concerns. It's frustrating and disheartening to see this shift. The personal connection between developers and users seems to be disappearing, replaced by a relentless focus on profit.

Allow us to change servers, it’s so annoying to play with people who don’t even know English. And the language on the app is not even in English if your placed on the MEA server, like not everyone in Africa speaks Arabic. And every time I play BR + CS Ranked I’m always paired with non English speakers meanwhile there’s an option in people’s profile to display their home language which confuses me on why I would be paired with non English speakers, meanwhile mine is English. I have an old acc which was placed in Europe cause I made it like 4 years back b4 the South African server now I can’t even move it to MEA to play with my friends. I spent so much money on that account to not even be able to use it cause I can’t play with my friends. GIVING US THE ABILITY TO CHANGE SERVERS WILL NOT HURT THE GAME AT ALL!!! PLUS ITS WHAT THE COMMUNITY WANTS!!

This game was nice I enjoyed playing the game with my friends until we all had a problem getting in the game it keeps saying “network is currently busy” while the WiFi connection was good full bars but it kept saying it until it allowed me get in the game but my friends couldn’t get in so they quite trying and I think it’s our server please fix the server’s please

I enjoy playing free fire but it takes very long for me to get in the game it always tell me network busy please retry and I’ve be trying since 15:00 I wish they could make the game right

I absolutely love this game! The graphics are stunning, and the gameplay is incredibly engaging. It's a blast to play. My only gripe is that some items are a bit pricey, and I wish they'd address the high ping issue. Overall, though, it's an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

Ping of a minimum of 143 worst gaming experience ever, support doesn’t even respond and I know I’m not the only one. You get shot behind barriers because of high ping. If you’re in Africa Don’t bother downloading till they fix this
