Where is my app?

I purchased the full version of this app a few days ago and as of today I have not been able to find it. Although the free version says I have purchased the full version it has not appeared on my iPad. I have gone to my Apps in settings and in the App store. So disappointed. Working on getting my money back since I can't seem to contact the developer
