The app is really easy to use and the layout is great. I’ve loved all the products I have received, even though some took a little while the staff were super helpful in helping me figure out a solution. My clothes were amazing condition and I wear them all the time. Love love love free people!!!
After seeing prices in NZ dollars and adding to my cart and seeing an estimated amount I purchase. Only to see the cost is 3 times as much on my credit card. I showed screen shots of the prices to customer service. They agreed it wasn’t correct and not as the actual exchange rate- but apparently you are supposed to check every price in USD against a currency converter to be sure!!!!! It took them 4 days to fix in the app so be aware of other currency prices when you are looking.
Always finding unique little items.
Can’t change the currency anymore :(
