I’m not able to get this app to open on my iPhone. It keeps saying “NO INTERNET CONNECTION”. This isn’t true, I’ve internet. HELP

When i open the app it says no network connection and I do have a connection so the app is no longer active. Developer if it is please tell me why it doesn’t work thank you
