Not helping in issues

I just enrolled and face with a 9eur register fee. I did not use the app for 1 month and then the 9 euro become 19euro. I had to pay 19euro even before using the app :( I paid for nothing it is very disappointing..

Useless onboarding

The general regulations of Germany allow me to use my driving licence for six months after new residency. It is accepted by Germany but this app requires more documents than Germany. They want the certified translation of my driving licence. How can I get translated my driving licence in Germany and why would I bother? Garbage experience

Rip offs

Very very bad customer service. Made me wait for 5 hours inside the car saying that they will send help. (They didn’t) and then charged 1000€ for violation fee. Also the cars are not so good, there was a problem with the charging cable.

Service Price & Availability

They get 20 euros whenever you get a ticket from ordnung. OMG what are you doing for this? They have not eneough car and variations either.

Language settings

I live in Berlin and i downloaded Share Now app then i created my account. But it is German language. I can’t change the language. I tried million times to find it but i couldn’t. I sent 2 emails to customer service. But i didn’t get any help. I want use this app. I think that it is very usefull. But i don’t solve this language problem!!!

Such a disappointment for international drivers!

I loved the idea and the usage. However as an international driver with German license i had the worst experience. I was a Drive Now user, when they merged we received email that license validation won’t be required but this promise was not kept. First with official translation papers of my original license and German license they validated my account. Then few days later one of them randomly decides that documents are not enough. So i have to provide new documents. 1 i have a german license that i provided. 2 i share with you noter approved translated version of my original license from a country EU validates. What else would you still need especially after validating it a week before?? Go for it if you would like to be disappointed...

Don’t use for DriveNow Cars

I have been using car2go app for months without a problem. This morning I used this app to get a drive now car. During a stopover the engine got locked the car lost connection. They asked me to go back near the car after 7 hours I contacted them.

Very bad

It’s very bad system for tourists and foreigners. I wrote 3emails for explaining the situation but nobody tries to understand, just giving machine answers.

Stay away from car2go

I registered on 6th of April. They asked for additional documents to activate my account, then one more, then one more. After exchanging emails with support (I wrote 9 emails) I gave up and asked for my registration fee to be returned. They say they cannot as it has been more than 14 days. I’ll probably need to file a legal complaint. Stay away from this service.

Good but not enough

App is very good but cars are not so various. There are only smart... very small
