Video doesn’t work
Tried getting this to work.
First attempt, it didn’t work on our iPad - browser not supported. Can’t upgrade iOS on there as we have a couple of critical apps that won’t work if we do.
Second attempt using iPhone 8. Bit better - we managed to connect the call, but no option for Video. Checking settings, the app was not even making a request to use the camera.
Third attempt - tried on a MacBook Air. No luck there either. Again, no option for video. Tried both the web version and the app on the MacBook Air - nothing.
Then, as a final slap in the face, 2 minutes after the planned video conference had ended (which we ended up having to do via FaceTime) the video option suddenly appeared on the MacBook Air (nothing different done there), but too late.
Very disappointing.

Been trying to open the app but it is not opening. Have had to rely on the old app which will be tried out next week at next conference meeting. Please can you help? Thank you.
