Worst insurance I’ve ever had they kept emailing to send certain documents which I did 4 times then the stupid plug in box score was marking me down for night driving when I work nights!!! I’ve emailed and tried to ring but never had any communication with the company
It’s a total scam and make their customer fool. I’ll suggest to never use their services. It’s impossible to connect their customer care associates and you will always get the threatening mail regarding cancellation of policy.

I was brought a policy and i was so confused about black box then i was call in customer service he explained but he didn’t ask me about mile then again struggling for update mile then chat in customer service with laura she took another charge for their department mistake. If there has options for zero star i will give them. If anyone read my comments please do buy this policy
The app doesn’t work properly. You can’t contact support. You receive threatening emails if you don’t comply with their rules but the rules are unrealistic and if you want to discuss nobody ever picks up the phone. I’m starting to think the whole thing is a scam
Worse app ever and i mean ever. This company is a joke. The Tracker is the worse i’ve ever seen and i’ve seen a lot. Joke company and joke of an app.
Works fine had 3 devices 2 were faulty shows how many trips how many miles you’ve done and shows location of last stop don’t see to have a problem with it staff are straight to the point and help deal with every situation needed
What a load of absolute pish, the app doesn’t work at all. I contacted them to let the know and they didn’t give two hoots! Absolutely terrible tinpot set up!
This app or tracker doesn’t show exact location and it doesn’t show some trips.. its a rubbish tracker
