Freelancer charge my account

When I was done signing up for the account and putting every single details including credit card details, suddenly i got a notification that RM 1.90 was deducted from my account into Freelancer.com and what was that for actually?! I did not signed any policies. So I deleted my account as soon as possible.

Stuck on app intro

after update, i can't access the app. It keeps replaying the intro of bunches of picture, then "Make it Real", and the Freelancer logo. Will re-rate again after the problem solves.

I have a criticism that I have been active in my field of work for many years, but I have done only one project here. Because all projects usually reach a certain number of people who have already done projects and the rest of the people have less chance. You must set limits for each person

Pls fix the app lag problem

Freelancer.com platform is good, but the app bellow average. Every time when I typing in message box confirm will lag😡 I hope this problem can fix

Unethical

Dont ever subscribe for the first free month subscription because it will not ask for your approval on the upcoming month. Your money will be deducted automatically without your consent. Unethical

This app does no good to freelancer

What this app does is actually pushing the freelancer salary to the bottom limit. You will never win the bid unless you offer the price way below market price. I just used this app for a week and it makes me as a freelancer feel worthless. The app should have a preset design fees for each services to avoid being abused by employers.
