It WAS once a good app but now every time I try to open a note from my iCloud Drive, a message keeps popping out, saying that I have reached the limit as a free user and have to upgrade to pro or delete some files. First of all, I don’t know what the limit is for free users. I can’t find in the description in App Store nor in app; I mean I have less than 20 files and they are less than 1GB in total. It was perfectly fine a year ago, I didn’t use the app for a year, and then suddenly when I re-open it, the limit was reached. Initially it was fine as I can still access my notes after deleting one or two files. However, one day later, they said I have reached the limit again and didn’t even allow me to open the iCloud folder in app. I have no idea how their policy has changed overnight and I am so disappointed with the app.

Please don’t return the writings without my permission. When I finish writing the words or highlighting, the app suddenly return what I have done and I need to write them again. Please fix the problem. That’s inconvenient! It happens after the update.
After the update, I don’t know why I can’t insert photos that are from screenshot! Totally unacceptable about this problem!
Problem solved and Good app to use
Remember to click Restore purchase on the left corner in Ipad once u upgrade the app in Iphone to Pro version. I tried this app easy to use have some template to modify as my style note. Paid once for life use if possible, worth !
Not perfect but I love it!!!
It’s FREE and contains most features of other paid noting-taking apps! It’s a bit annoying when it automatically downloads all templates for me after updating the app but no big deal. I am glad that I have it downloaded since the start of uni. It’s amazing for students ;)
Btw I prefer the old icon over the new one…
Needs saving improvements
I’m am very mad right now..I lost hours and hours of progress because the system couldn’t save my story…I was going to publish it I was so proud of my story. And this app just ruined my whole mood. I’m never ever using this ever again. I 100% DONT RECOMMEND unless if you want to lose all your precious progress I suggest don’t use it
My notes file was damaged.
I was writing a notes. The notes file is no problem for half year. However, a month ago, when I open the note file. The note file is blank. My note file has been damaged. I lost my notes!
Moreover, when I was writing my notes, my device started to be very hot and laggy. I am using the latest iPad mini with the A15 chip. I do not think that is due to the performance of my device.
