WRONGFUL CHARGE
They charged me twice for no reasons! I am only paying by cash and unexpectedly I received a 25€ charge. And it doesn’t makes sense because I am giving drivers a tip every single trip I take! Be careful!

Initial price higher than shown on the beginning of trip
I had booked a taxi ride with an estimated price of 10 to 20 euros, so they later charged me 17 euros. However, the final price was 25.60, that is, 25% more than the estimated maximum price of the race. By law, in Paris the maximum price for a taxi starts at 8 euros and 1.27 euros per kilometer. My run was 3.5km, which would give a maximum price (counting the initial fee) of 13 euros. But then, when I finished the race, FREENOW charged me 25.60 euros. This was this morning, March 10, 2024, from 05:00 to 05:15, route RUE DE LA PIÉRRE LEVÉE to the Gare de Lyon train station in Paris, meaning there was no traffic at all in the city. Absurd!!!
