Terrible onboarding. Could not even get in. I received one sms text code and did not go through. Really useless application.

Horrible experiencia
No recomiendo la aplicación por que es poco clara, tome un taxy para 4 Kms y pague $50.0 Euros!!!!! Sin congestión vehicular ! Un verdadero robo !!!!!! Extremadamente cara, lenta, la información no es clara y nos arruinó el día. No la recomiendo.

We had reserved with 2 days in advance and the taxi was at the location even 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. Excellent!!!
Leider unzuverlässig
Beim ersten Versuch konnte der Fahrer uns leider nicht finden- daher Fahrt Storniert und an der Straße einfach Taxi angehalten. Zweiter Versuch 3 Tage später am Vortag Fahrt einen Tag im Voraus gebucht, erster zugesagter Fahrer hat kurzfristig storniert zweiter Fahrer war 10 nach zugesagtem Abholzeitpunkt nicht da und hat auch nicht auf anfrage reagiert. Also wieder Taxi am Straßenrand gerufen. Ergebnis für mich App gelöscht.
Taxis kommen einfach nicht
Grundsätzlich sollte die Bedienung der App ja logisch sein, Fahrtziel eingeben, Fahrt wird gesucht und bestätigt vom Fahrer. Wenn der Fahrer aber an einem vorbei fährt und noch schreibt „bin gleich da“ dann ist es einfach sinnfrei, die Fahrdienste anzubieten. Beschwerde über die App wird nicht leicht gemacht und man kommt über ein paar Umwege an sein Ziel
Zuverlässiger als andere Dienste
Immer noch besser als Uber und Bolt, weniger Stornierungen und faire Preise
