No recomiendo la aplicación por que es poco clara, tome un taxy para 4 Kms y pague $50.0 Euros!!!!! Sin congestión vehicular ! Un verdadero robo !!!!!! Extremadamente cara, lenta, la información no es clara y nos arruinó el día. No la recomiendo.

We had reserved with 2 days in advance and the taxi was at the location even 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. Excellent!!!

Katastrophe

Taxi zum Flughafen gebucht. Fahrer wurde gefunden, kam aber nicht. Keine Möglichkeit, ihn zu kontaktieren. Stornieren kostet 10 €, obwohl der vereinbarte Abholtermin schon 30 Minuten zurück liegt. Dann nach 45 Minuten eine Benachrichtigung: „dein Fahrer hat leider storniert“. Komplett inakzeptabel. Nie wieder.

Long routes and tip charged automatically

I was just charged 25€ for a trip I didn’t do. Seriously?

Car Sharing

Seit dem neuesten Update kann ich kein Auto reservieren. Die App stürzt ab und mittlerweile kann ich mich auch nicht mehr einloggen. Daher mein Konto gelöscht und aktuell auch bei einem anderen Dienstleister. Der Kundenservice ist auch ziemlich schlecht zu erreichen. Anfragen werden erst nach Wochen bearbeitet ist einfach mit Frustration gleichzusetzen. Nein Danke!
