I almost never write reviews, but am compelled here. Love the idea and motives, especially blocking porn and keeping search algorithms from targeting conservatives. Two suggestions for improvement: 1) ability to create bookmarks 2) ability to tilt sideways a rather than talk with my iPad, makes for more comfortable browsing

The app downloads the wrong way, so that you have to turn your iPad from top to bottom instead of being able to browse with it sideways with a stand. Had to delete. Not comfortable.

Update today won’t work on my phone now ! Everything is to big for screen ! Leave stuff alone ugh !!!

Terrible app. Stay away from it. Always gives you an error and nothing else!

This app will kick you out of your tabs sometimes also there’s this robot verification thing that’s on wherever site you use like example Indeed. I have to verify if I’m human trying to use Indeed. Google and other web browsers don’t make me do that. It’s time for me to uninstall.

Finally, I just had to default back to Google Chrome. That’s the end result, but here’s the story: I’m had it up to here 🫡 with all the tricks played by virtually every media outlet AND the browsers which take me to them! Freespoke is a pleasant relief. Its design is clean and well-presented. What it offers is greatly to be desired. But it is maddeningly S.L.O.W. There are a couple other issues, too—such as video (another reviewer also mentioned that)—but one thing really matters, viz. speed. Now, read the first sentence of this review, again… Upshot: I’m not deleting the app and will periodically use it, but until the video and speed issues are resolved, Freespoke is only a distant possibility. I wish it was a definite “must use.”

The only search engine I use for anything of importance. Excellent for searches for medical, political, world, US unfiltered news and products arranged without regard to their propaganda and Amazon control. Best source of quick news with sources cited and left, right, middle orientation of the source provided. Highly recommend
