I’m glad they finally have an app that’s why I gave them 4 stars Pros: it’s free and very informative on how what and why you are doing certain work outs. Con: you can’t tack your work out or weights, and once set days are initiated you can’t change it. I don’t work out the same days every week so I need to be flexible within my days that I work out. The calendar does not work in that manner.
