No cookies on YT, no support on paid service

I have a PAID basic plan but my email asking for support has been ignored since January. Lame service. Cookies stoped working for YT and YT music, so I’m unable to transfer to or from YT playlists.

Didn’t even take 5 minutes

This app is SO cool. I’ve been anxious about losing playlists in Spotify (since they’re raising their rates ????) bc I’ve been using it since middle school and I’m about to go to my five year reunion LOL. Needless to say I had over 12,000 songs split between different playlists and this app helped me log into spotify on it and youtube premium and it immediately started working! I am so happy I can just turn it off and not even worry bc it’s making my youtube premium playlists as we speak RN✨ 100/10 this service cannot be understated it is so nice especially for that peace of mind. Thank you app developers/creators!!!!!!!!

Limited Transfer.

300 free transfers, 300 extra if you sign up for the email list. $15 monthly/$180 lifetime subscription isn't worth it for something I only need to use once. It's difficult to check the platform matches as well. It is hard to justify the price, especially with competitors being so much cheaper. nevertheless it does work and you wont have to pay the 15 dollars a month if you are under 600 songs.

Nothing Free About it

Not until after I gave them all my information and started the transfer did it stop working after the transfer started and wanted a large payment for their premium service.

Ridiculous

Developers and their constant push for subscription models. Used to be priced fairly. But just saw updated pricing and deleted this instantly. Such a basic app with a ridiculous fee. Can save more making your own web app or just doing it manually.

Hi! I really like the efficiency of this app but I noticed that 90% of the time when I payed for the premium subscription that songs that transferred it had chose the most random album cover. This was something that was really bothering me and I am hoping it can be fixed without me manually having to go and rematch every song. I also noticed that when I do rematch it’s not updating in my playlist. I hope you guys can fix this and help me out because I am disappointed.

Kinda works

When migrating large playlists, this app takes a long time, requires the app to be open in the foreground, and often makes mistakes. I did not previously have Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Drake or Skillet in my library and it’s annoying trying to find and remove erroneously added songs from my migrated library.

Misleading

Only transfers 300 songs then wants 14$ to do the rest *eyeroll*
