What’s wrong?

This app has always worked great. Now my points are gone, it won’t scan, and I can’t even send a message, because it errors out.

Trying to scan receipt and can’t submit feedback

Receipt 553032030040 states already claimed. I just signed up and not sure I got credit. We dined 12/19 at 8:44pm Then try to send feedback and it states oops something went wrong. How then do I get my points from this pricey location?
