Terrible business
When you complain about their service they kick you off their service. That’s how they deal with customers that point out how they can do a better job. All they want is for you to sign up to their subscription, it takes about a month for someone to come around then a few more months to organise another service. My cleaner changed the date and time that wasn’t appropriate and as we weren’t there, but insisted I still pay. It’s a great idea but poorly executed. Don’t bother is my advice.
