Error while making payments
I have added a few credit cards to the payment options. However when I was trying to make the fee payment yesterday, the payment did not go through. I received an error message #101, however there was no troubleshoot section to check the reason for the error. Finally, today the payment went through. So I had some difficulty in making the payment. My request would be to add a section in the app which could clarify any error messages received. Thank you.
