This place blew me away! The burrito bowls are absolutely fantastic. I was initially overwhelmed by the menu, but every bite was a flavor explosion. It honestly feels like a gourmet home cooked meal – you'll forget all about takeout! I was initially unsure what to order, but everything was amazing. It's the kind of food that makes you feel good inside. They’re Mexican Marvels.
0 STARS!! The worst customer care I’ve ever come across. They take forever to process a refund in case of a cancellation due to unavailable riders or any other issue. You have to call them at least 20 times before they respond. It takes them 2 hours to deliver the food. DON’T ORDER from them, They deserve to rot in hell!
I ordered a breakfast bowl from FreshMenu today and had an extremely unpleasant experience. Firstly, I didn’t receive an OTP, and the delivery agent refused to hand over my food, which is understandable. However, his behavior was highly inappropriate. He stood uncomfortably close, leaned against my doorframe with part of his face inside, and smiled at me in a way that felt unsettling. Despite eventually obtaining the OTP from customer care, his demeanor throughout was unprofessional and made me feel unsafe as a woman living alone. To make matters worse, when I opened the package, the bowl wasn’t sealed—there wasn’t even a single piece of tape securing it. The food quantity also seemed suspiciously low, leaving me to question its hygiene and quality. Additionally, I attempted to contact your customer care to report this incident but was placed on a long waitlist with repetitive hold music that felt endless. This was frustrating and added to my dissatisfaction with your service. Please work on improving your customer support experience. This has been the worst experience I’ve had, and I’m deeply disappointed. I am uninstalling FreshMenu and will not be ordering again.
No tracking and No customer service
Few days back I ordered Creamy Chicken Fungi Zero bowl and even though zero here clearly means (no) zero rice still they’ve filled the bowl full with rice instead of vegetables. And the worst part is no one picks up call after calling customer care number. Wrote an email also to their support but it’s been 3 days no reply yet. It’s like you have ordered and if the order is not correct you can’t do anything about it. If you’re not gonna have a proper customer care service to take care of the customers then just close down your business.

It’s a nightmare to use this app. The chat function never works and if a person needs to cancel an order, FreshMenu leaves no option to do it. Their customer service is just as bad. FreshMenu no longer has the quality it did. Especially not in their service.
