It won’t pick up the sound of the string

I’m trying to move on lessons but it won’t pick up the sound right. I then go pluck another string that I know that isn’t the right one and it recognizes as the right one. Is it a bug on my phone?

Fretello is so slow! I’m not talking about bugs, you already got all of them! You should put more focus into speeding it up for people like me and slower for others. An example is adding tempo control for playing ALL songs, including “Smoke on the Water”. Otherwise, great job!

Needs work

I was on the lesson and when I played the correct string on the correct fret (before someone says it’s a user error I triple checked that I was playing the right thing and I was) it said that it was wrong and when I played a bunch of random muffled notes it said “great job” and I moved on.

Bait and switch

Another app that pretends to be free but waits to you sign up to tell you it’s $19.99 and lock you into a deal you didn’t want. Wish they would be upfront about subscription services and prices.

Frustrating to say the least

The app has potential, but it just not accurate. I tried placing the phone away from the amp, close to the amp, left, right, you name it, it just struggles to recognize my playing. I had to cancel my subscription because I stopped using it out of frustration. It kinda works with slower stuff, but if you are trying to go for the speed classes and what not, it’s going to be a nightmare.

I never signed up and you charged me. Not right. You should fix this.
