This app is amazing

This is terrible; don’t use it. It claims to be free, but after you install it, it asks for money and gains access to your system even if you delete it. It’s not safe at all, and it might copy all your information including credits card number I don't know what to do?

This is an excellent tool to use for difficult issues.

I downloaded the app and it says 3 day free trial when I agreed to it they charged me right away $69.99. So I wrote to their customer service that I never received my free trial and it charged my right away. I asked for a refund and my allotted time to try the app out. I sent up 2 emails and a week later I still have not received an email back or my money. This is a scam! If they make good on the situation I will adjust my review. But for now know it’s a scam!

This app said pay $52.99 for a lifetime subscription. I paid that in March of this year. One time payment. Well afterwards I was being charged $7.41 every week since March. I didn’t notice the money coming out of my account until September. I reached out to them and was told it shouldn’t have been charging me and that they apologized. Well I was expecting a refund of all those $7.41 charges that came out of my account. They meaning the people who created this app said that I should reach out to Apple Support to be issued a refund. Apple turns around and says they see the evidence I’ve provided but they don’t issue out refunds and I should email the app again. Long story short I’m getting the run arounds by both companies and still no refund. SO PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
