the people reading my my order on the other hand my order is always wrong and it’s too far to go back 😭 it’s also just a sauce on the sandwich nothing I can psychically see till I get home and take apart the sandwich

I ordered the munchies platter. It came with sliders, chicken, quesadilla, and chicken tenders. The sliders look like they were scraped off the floor and so tough you could hardly bite through it. The chicken tenders were cooked identical to shoe leather. And the chicken quesadillas were probably the worst thing I’ve had ever the only thing remotely good about this order was the ice cream.

Definitely one of the best meals of the week!

I love the Friendly’s Cobb Salad. However, there have been tortilla chips added on the last 3 times I’ve ordered. Tortilla chips don’t belong on a Cobb Salad! It takes me forever to pick them out so that I can eat it. Ugh!

I was placing an order through the app, and I pushed the button that said I could get a free happy endings Sunday with a coupon code. I put a happy ending sundae in my cart, as well as a couple of different entrée items, and when I put in the code that I was told would give me a free sundae, an error message came up, saying I had nothing in my cart that was eligible with this coupon. Sounds a little dishonest to me.

Do not order the Lobster Roll. I had two pieces of Lobster and 6 very small pieces. Tasted a little fishy also. Nothing like the pic. At $23.00 Friendly’s needs to a better job or just don’t sell it!! Stay with the burgers. This is my room

At this rate, the Friendly’s in Haverhill will be gone shortly too. I ordered a large Reese’s Pieces Sundae with butter crunch ice cream. My son ordered a birthday cake Friend-z. He started to eat his first and there was a shallow layer of the blue birthday cake and then it was 3/4 vanilla soft serve under that. Barely mixed at all. I felt bad, until I started eating mine. First off, the ice cream was not the right flavor. Then I noticed that other than a small amount of peanut butter sauce and marshmallow sauce on the top scoop of (the wrong) ice cream, there was nothing else. I remember when I would finish the ice cream and there was hot fudge and peanut butter sauce still on the bottom, and it was so good. Now? It’s like they put one small scoop of all the toppings and called it a day. Terrible. Spent $8+ on a sundae and threw it away after 5-6 bites. I guess McDonald’s next door will get my business from now on, at least their McFlurries are mixed and are made correctly. Sad that such a great place to eat over the years (and I’ve been going for 40+ years) is going down the drain this far. If what I had tonight is the new standard at the Haverhill location, I won’t miss them when they are gone.

This app is horrible. I asked for curbside. I finally wait almost half an hour and go in to get my order and they say we don’t have curbside. I tell them that the app says you have curbside. They tell me that they don’t. So my mobility is low and it’s very difficult for me to get ice cream for my husband. If you don’t have curbside, say you don’t have curbside. Instead you take my money and make me somehow get up those steps and go in and get it myself. Then I find three employees sitting around laughing and talking. The girl looks at me like I’m crazy and blames it all on me.I doubt that it will hurt your stock prices but my time at Friendly’s is done
