While this game doesnt have ads, it constsntly have pop ups asking you to buy things. EVERY single time you change screen. You have to constantly click away, completely ruining the experience.

Around level 30 becomes impossible
A generally addictive but ultimately poorly designed game that gets you to about level 30 then becomes extremely difficult to progress unless you spend £££. I got to a level that o just couldn’t get past even with completely buffed high level characters and mercenaries.
Nothing like the ad.
Either make the game you advertise, or advertise the game you made. I’m out

I like the art style and the way it plays
Insidious resource storage
I get micro transactions. I pay for stuff in appreciation of good gameplay and good design. And, I also know the asymptotic point where f2p reaches a glass ceiling and I normally anticipate it ahead of the developers/designers. But, I took time off the game to write this review and removed 🌟🌟because upgrading storage is nasty and frustrating. Players have to upgrade each resource cap INDIVIDUALLY. You don't upgrade the vault you upgrade EACH SLOT for EACH RESOURCE. And!!!! You pay with the resource it contains. You upgrade the gold slot with gold.. You upgrade the XP slot with XP. I decided to just give up and let the whales play. Too bad it's a pretty enjoyable game. 😒
It’s a Good One!
Enjoying the game a lot. It has a good balance of play with times to plan and times to move fast. I’m in the early stages with 3* heroes at level 15 but this is a game I will play a lot as it’s worth spending time on. Update April 2022 - I’m level 95 now so my early review turned out to be accurate. I enjoy the game a lot, it has complexity and simplicity blended together nicely. The developers keep on coming up with new features so the core game stays fresh. I have spent some money and I dare say it could be described as pay to win but you know what, I like to spend a little cash when I play a game so much and my spend is within reasonable limits. Some of the offers are just absurdly expensive and I just ignore them as they’re just silly money. Update July 2022 - I’m level 98 now and have upgraded everything and now have gold coming out of my ears with nothing to spend it on! The devs needs to address this ceiling and make playing worthwhile at this level.
Genuinely original game
Finally! A game that isn’t a blatant clone and tries something completely different. Great blend of character collecting and puzzle gameplay. Needs some auto play modes for low level grinding but is otherwise excellent.
Doesn’t work on iPhone 6
Shame as I really wanted to play this game Please look into this and please fix It loads a picture then some music and then just goes off I’ve tried it several times on on WiFi and WiFi turned off just on 4G both exactly the same :( Please please help please please fix

Decent Game
A decent game which you can play without spending money, although you end up with the same heroes relentlessly and it becomes a bit annoying. Battles are good and get more challenging later on. Gold can take a while to collect and upgrading takes forever. A great game though. Would rate 5* but took one off for relentless same hero syndrome and one for making me consider spending money!
