I’m a 73 year old man who just wants to see what is going on with my solar system. I have spent more than an hour trying to set this up to no avail. This is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to try to install Shame on you Fronius

I’d give it a 0 if I could. Whoever let this out of Beta testing should be fired.

Terrible app. Please rebuild with new user interface and functionality that allows for better connectivity to PV system. Would be easy to have a button to connect and reconnect to system when a disconnection happens. Trouble shooting for connection issues are non existent. Most cumbersome and poorly designed interface I have ever used.

There is a data lag under the History tab. The lag can be up to an hour. This is frustrating. Can this please be addressed with an update?

App works fine but this is one scenario where having a live widget would be extremely useful. Could see solar production instantly without even opening the app. Dropped a star for the missed opportunity and another for no way of contacting support to help report potential bugs/wanted features.

Most times the app won’t open past a blank white screen

The app generally works well and is easy to use. I can see, in real time, how much power I am consuming, generating and sending back to the grid. There is a bug I would have loved to report to them. There is no way to contact them! I waned to let them know that very often the month-view of history will lose the last few days of the month. I have to close out, reopen and the data for the whole month usually comes back. I have to use the solar web page to avoid this frustration. I would have been happy to help them debug what’s happening with the data - but they don’t seem to want to interact with users :(
