The support in this game is non existing. No matter how many times you contact them they just respond with the same general message over and over. I had a serious problem with a troop loss issue and they wont help me. Always a reason not to help. So many glitches in the game.
Dominated by powerful players
It’s a really good game. The only problem is that it’s dominated by a few very high level players that make it difficult for new players to get ahead in the game. It’s full of abandoned low level accounts.

This game is so fun and when u start playing u don’t want to stop. Although I did get this game to complete rewards on loot.x lootably. I got to stronghold level 6 and it does tell me if I completed step one ( which was to get to stronghold level 6 ). Unbelievably it didn’t work! I am so frustrated and it took me an hour to get to stronghold 6. So disappointed and if I don’t get my points when I get to stronghold level 32… I will put a 1 star review.
