This app is completely useless. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIX IT FOR CHRISTS SAKE!! No feature works remotely well. It’s an absolute joke

This really deserves no stars. After the update I couldn’t and still can’t get times and units. I feel like they don’t care anymore. I highly advise you stay away from this app.

New update is horrible, very slow and nothing loads correctly.

App is no longer showing units “in service” times. Needs to be addressed. No issues until this most recent update

This app keeps cycling no matter how many times I’ve saved the loaded data. Most of the time, I cannot get reports; a lot of times I’m stuck waiting for the server whereas, I’m stuck waiting for run/call information. My Department chose this app to rely on for the safety of our community and it seems to be too busy. Can you folks (developers) please fix this issue? Looking back at your history, there’s a repeated request to fix the glitches. As a First Responder who’s ready to respond instantly, there needs to be a reliance on the utilities and tools that are being used; when it works, it’s good.

It works most of the time but occasionally bugs out

This app needs to have a sign in section because if I am responding from my house then when I come back to the station the call is closed and I cannot get the point for going to the call and my captain never puts me in for a point

recently i havent been getting the notifications on my phone i get notifications on everything else i have constantly keep opening app to be alerted for calls it does not give notifications when phone is locked or unlocked the banner appear please fix

Can’t even sign in it’s the circle of death, reading the other reviews I can tell this will be fun. For the sake of everyone who has made a review please fix your app. Emergency services deserve apps that work.

For an app relied on for public safety, the bugs and reliability are wholly horrific
