I have installed this app today on my iOS device. I have given the permission to detect my current location and it was detecting location of sector 57 gurgaon while my actual location is 5-6 kms away. This is very basic but critical issue. You have enter your location manually on MAP. I guess it’s really annoying.

Stopped working on my iPhone since yesterday I don’t know whom to contact. Wanted to order since already have a wallet balance. Don’t know what to do, may be switch ordering to some other app

I constantly used fruit uncle over the lockdown just because delivery was swift apart from that delivered product is either similar or at times lower quality when compared from local market. In terms of fruits price I feel its 40-100% and in veggie its 20-30% higher then local market. I had an instance where I order fruit and it was rotten but the customer care did not bothered to replace. So it’s your luck if you get bad quality there is no exchange at least that’s what happened with me.

While I totally agree that the quality of products is generally fine, but some of the products, esp. fruits are exorbitantly priced. I would like them to review their prices against other competitors (big basket, etc) to sustain in the long run as they also charge delivery fees

Unlike Big basket or grofers or organised e-commerce guys fruit uncle cannot be completely trusted on whether the order will arrive on time or whether it will arrive also or not My first order was perfect and delivered before time ... but later I realised I have follow up on things and there is no promptness despite multiple follow ups I waited for one full day and it was me who was following up every hour till that point I was never told that the order won’t be delivered I followed up next day morning too after lot of pestering from my side they mentioned they can’t deliver the order I am pregnant by 5 months and cannot know venture out to fetch stuff . I understand amidst lockdown it gets difficult but all I expect is promptness and timely reply. My area was open and orange zone so I believe if they were not following the route they could have mentioned atleast

Dnt dare to buy online from this app , they send all old stock , better to go store physically choose and buy

I was very anxious after placing my first order but I must say that the order was delivered with a quality much better than I thought. My mother said that some of them were even better than what we would have brought.

Don’t trust these app and people. They will take the order and then it will be automatically canceled itself, if you have done the payment then go and search the people for refund if you can get

Has made vegetable shopping so easy for us and all of it at reasonable price. Please maintain the standards.
