Crashes
The app always crashes when I try to pick delivery and I end up having to order on door dash. Even if the reward system isn’t great, it’s annoying that I can’t get any points at all because I need to use Door Dash to have it delivered.
Yes, Frutta Bowls is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

So excited to have a healthy and delicious spot to grab a bite to eat!!
I finally accumulated $4.00 in rewards and I can only use it while in the store. I can’t use it to reduce the price of my online order. So what’s the point of offering rewards? I use the app to save time. It seems like you purposely make it difficult to earn and receive rewards so you can say you have them yet don’t have to pay out.
Yummmmmmm!!!!!!
Great recommendations and great service! Bowls looked to beautiful to eat…and were delicious!
My negative review is based on the fact that there is no way in the latest version of the app to list allergies. The number of people with food allergies has expanded exponentially and this current version of the app is not allergy friendly. I was buying at least 3 açaí bowls from the location in my town every week and I now only order once a month. I have to call the store personally to place my order. I understand that some customers were taking advantage of having a free space to ask for extras and was not cost efficient for the store owners but this change ended up excluding the loyal customers with food allergies. By simply adding a section labeled allergies and listing all of the ingredients with a check box would solve this problem with little fear of customers taking advantage. Customers would not be able to add free items to their order but they would be able to let the preparer know of specific items to avoid.
Earning reward points you would think you get something free or a discount on a small order. No you earn all of these points to get 3$ off a 20$ order. I don’t go in there and spend 20$ when I order from here regularly so basically I need to spend extra money just to redeem 3$ off. And on top of that your 3$ coupon has a expiration date as if you didn’t earn the reward. The app is cool if you just want to order stuff but it’s cheaper to order in store and more expensive on the app. And the points are pointless don’t waste your time unless they update it and start giving out rewards worth getting! Do better!
Previous order of bowl placed on app was obviously someone else’s order. Green smoothie still had chunks of ice. Blended it more when I got home. Rated and didn’t look when I picked it up. Never had a problem before. This was make up order for the family members it was ordered for.
Every time I use this app it glitches, says things like error validating basket or won’t let me check out when trying to use rewards money/coupons. Is it just my local store I don’t understand!! Then I end up placing my pick up orders without using rewards and they expire. Great rewards program 😑
I took the kids for our first visit, and I really hate that we missed the grand opening, but it was a great start and I can’t wait to enjoy continuous morning greatness
