This update is horrible. Half the time my balance it shows isn’t even correct and I have no idea why. I liked the old version but this new version is a mess!

In fact I think I like the old app better. Why does it now show your available balance if a charge is pending? For example: when I get paid I pay all my bills electronically and when I’m done I look at my bank app to see what’s left. Well now it doesn’t and you have to do the math to figure out what you have left. Which is similar to balancing a checkbook, which is what I thought banking apps were essentially supposed to replace…

Extortion: “An excessive or exorbitant charge” (Exorbitant: “Going beyond what is reasonable or customary, especially in cost or price.”) now that we know those definitions I’ll discuss the situation. Today in the mail I received a notice with my bank statement saying starting next month I would need to get this app and do my banking online. If I decline this offer I would be charged 3 dollars per statement they send in the mail. Some may think I’m over reacting but I think that 3 dollars is “Going beyond what is reasonable or customary, especially in cost or price” for 3 prices of paper, ink, and whatever it costs to mail it to me. I hope this review helps people decide weather or not to bank here.

What did you do to this app. I can’t take pictures of my checks because the camera turns and won’t focus. Never had any issues with the old app. Please fix this! Kind of important for ‘mobile’ banking

The new app is a massive improvement, feels like an app from a bank much larger.

the may 7, 2024 update doesn’t have a dark mode option! please add one for those of us who are light sensitive! thank you!

If it wasn’t such an inconvenience to switch banks I would because I hate dealing with this app.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but my god. This app is totally useless. I’ve had this same bank for 7 years. I cannot believe its mobile banking hasn’t improved in the slightest. If I’m even lucky enough to be able to sign in, I hit a brick wall immediately after every time! I should not have to sit here for 20 minutes trying to lock my card.

This app is terrible. It never loads and I end up getting on the safari and it works great. Fix this app. It’s sad.

Constantly having issues with the app, it’s to the point I feel like they want you to visit the bank or to call them. I just want to check my account and I have to jump through hoops just to do so. It’ll work maybe once a week if I’m lucky.
